I called because my hot water stopped working in my camper. I was given Shannon's cell phone number and told to send pictures and details about the problem. He called me back and explained to me exactly what to do to fix the hot water heater. I am in no way mechanically inclined, to put it mildly. Thanks to Shannon, I was able to fix my heater, and now the hot water is miraculously flowing again. Who knows how much money he saved me. He's an awesome employee who went above and beyond. Give that man a raise!
