Staff is very friendly and tries hard to please the customer. As this is a small airport there isn't an Emerald aisle and if you’re on Delta, the plane isn't Wi-Fi equipped so the virtual aisle isn't an option. Be sure to reserve in advance as at busy times that have run low or out of cars. It would be nice if they had a dedicated Emerald club check-in lane at the counter.
We have rented cars from this location numerous times and have always been very pleased with our experience. I would recommend national to anyone.

I recently had an bad experience on July 18,2018. National have changed most of all there employees. I've dealth with nattional car rental the airport location for over a year now. I became an emerald club member because i rent so often.I extended a rental then was called by a manager told me, he needed me to return the car after I called and told one of the employees for an extension until this coming Friday. I was on a job in Dallas Texas had to abandon the job causing me not to complete a contract and fear termination action, I never had this problem before. I lost my wallet so I only had access to a debit card. Until Friday I ordered a new one. After paying $801.18. for my rental for the 21/2 weeks I had the vehicle which was a full size car (dodge charger). I was total the prices changed I paid $63.00 per day all of a sudden he told me the price went up but for almost 3 weeks the price was $63.00 @ day. This was the worst experience ever, to find yourself being told to bring a vehicle in they could get me right back out then after I paid told me he couldn't use my debit card and to be stranded. Dallas is 5 hours away, but this manager needed this car so bad I had to hurry and bring it to him then be stranded because they can't allow me to use my debit card. Instead of waiting like I originally asked until Friday when my job was over and my new credit card arrived and I take care of it all. I am a great customer I spend over $1000.00 a month with national. Don't think I'm going to rent from them again. Horrible experience.......
