The best Doctor I've ever met. Not only does he do a great job, he goes the extra mile. He'll take walk-ins, he stays after hours to help his patients. If you don't have insurance he helps you, very reasonable prices and they'll work out a payment schedule. My boyfriend was in so much pain, didn't have any money and they worked with him. Everyone up there is very kind. Overall great experience. Would recommend to anyone.
I needed a new dentist. I was in significant pain, and my former dentist had been dead several years. Reluctant to find a new one, I waited until I could stand it no longer. Not having had dental insurance for years, I was concerned with the cost of the extraction I knew I needed because I now live on the fixed income of Social Security. Fortunately, I'd changed my Medicare Prescription Plan to a more inclusive Medicare Advantage Plan through Humana during the open enrollment period this past fall in order to again have dental coverage. Dr. Gupta was listed as the closest dentist to me who participated in the insurance program, and his staff was able to work me in the following afternoon. The out-of-pocket cost was significantly less than I had expected.
I had to have a tooth removed. I was not nervous about it, but dreaded the experience. No need to worry with Dr. Gupta and staff. I was made to feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Gupta pulled that large tooth out very quickly. I was amazed! Thank you Dr. Gupta. Thank you to your amazing staff of Sheena Welch and Nathan who assisted Dr. Gupta and made sure I was well cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend AG Family Dentistry to anyone.
Having undergone 50 years of caps, fillings, and extractions in the past, I must say Dr. Gupta performed the procedure with minimal pain to me. His staff were all knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I will be returning as a regular patient because I feel confident in their ability and comfortable with their service.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. Dr Gupta was gentle and Jessica did much to keep me relaxed. But the lady that handles payments is like some kind of enforcer, hate to see what happens if you can't pay!
I have always had a good experience when visiting Dr. Gupta!! He and his staff are always very caring to my needs. They make sure that I am comfortable, and in no pain. I am a big wimp, but I experience the least amount of pain possible when there. If I am hurting, he will give me another shot so I don't hurt! I have read reviews of people complaining about the "long wait period". To me, that's life! You are going to wait everywhere you go. I have had to wait a few times, but majority of the time, I have been called back right away. Dr. Gupta doesn't rush with you. If you have to wait a little while, that just tells you that he is giving the patient in front of you his undivided time and attention. That's refreshing to me!! If you have an emergency, he will see you right away. He gives you a Treatment Plan, so you know what type of expense you are looking at without any surprises. I like that!! He will also work out a payment plan for you if you do not have insurance. Nothing but GOOD people there!!!
