I have had many doctored treat me for various things over the years.
All, Dr Garrison and all of his staff, have a very high standard of excellence. The best.
I personally love Dr Garrison. His PA Mark is just as awesome. When it comes to patient care these two are A+ In my opinion. Now to get to see them is another story. I am greeted with 2 of the sweetest ladies but when I get to Dr Garrison’s area to check in it’s a whole new ballgame. I went 2 days ago and was told to sit & wait. There were 7 ahead of me. 3 hours later the number dropped to only 5! I had another appt scheduled soon so rescheduled and left. 2 days later I’m back. Greeted by the same nice ladies then off to the other lady’s desk. ☹️ She told me that 13 were ahead of me. I gasped & she told me I was early for my appt (5 min). I took a deep breath and sat down. 1 1/2 hrs later I checked my status and it was apparent that she was mad at me for checking. She took a deep breath twisted her mouth and told me there were still 6 ahead of me. 2 hrs & 15 min later checked status again & 1st they couldn’t find my paperwork. Then as they looked, a staff member from the back came and grabbed 2 subway trays and brought to the back. I guess they were hungry for lunch. Meanwhile we were all waiting to be seen. Some without breakfast and all without lunch no doubt. They never showed that my file was found but one person just looked at me and just said there was still 5 ahead of me. THAT’S ENOUGH!!!! I’ve reached my limit. I love Dr Garrison & Mark but to get to them is next to impossible. So now I’m having to find a new ortho. It takes me a while to trust a dr. So to start over will be hard. Plus while searching for a new one plus the wait I will probably have to do to get in the schedule will likely be a while. And my knee is still killing me. I truly hate going elsewhere but I’m left with no choice. It really bothers me that I have always been this doctor/ staff biggest cheerleader. Always spoke highly of them to others. I even brought my mother to be seen by him. Now I have no choice but to go elsewhere. My low score isn’t towards Dr Garrison or Mark or even the greeters. It’s the rest of the process (excluding X-ray) that needs a lot of work.

Now his staff is absolutly Awsome. Basically the same crew for years. That says a lot.
Dr. Garrison treated me as a patient at the age of 10 and 17, for problems with my knee. Dr. Garrison made me feel very comfortable and confident in his assessments and treatments. If I need any future treatment, he is the physician that I will always seek!
Oh how can I not mention Mark. The best of the best.

He has replaced both my knees, my hip & a rotor cuff. So far all of these are trouble free & doing good. Except of course when I slipped & fell & on one of my knees. He will x ray it tomorrow to check it out. But it is a lot better.
