It's been that way for the last 20 years.
I have been back to Sam's since they rearranged EVERYTHING and I'm gradually getting used to it. But as usual there are several people in line and there are just 3 or 4 cashiers checking out!! This aggravates the poo out of me!! I know there are various other ways of checking out now days but I guess I'm just old school. And apparently I'm not the only one, cause of the lines!! I'm giving it a rating of 3 stars cause of the lines and never enough cashiers. Also Sam's is supposed to save you money if you buy in bulk but in reality it does not. I compare prices of other stores and the only way you save money is if you buy things that are on "sale".

Prices are higher than other Sam's Clubs. Very clean though and staff is friendly and helpful
