I scheduled a non-warranty repair through Lowe's Service Advantage. They never called and on the morning the repair was to happen Lowe's called for a follow up. [Not So] Dependable Appliance informed Lowe's that I had called to cancel the appointment.
We have used them multiple times in the past and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended. Fast, fair and honest!
