Parking lot is always Very dirty and full of trash. Store is usually clean, but not restrooms. Have good selection. Prices can be high. But have good sales.
Good buys but out of several items. Truck came in but not unloaded.
Easy parking. Quick checkout. Best price on gasoline. Discount with Kroger card.
Bad experience with the cashier. I had gotten the wrong item that was on a coupon. No problem I kept it anyway. Cashier said in a loud voice; I am not loosing my job over 40 cents. I said no one asked you to and he repeated what he said. Very embarrassing. Won't go back.
Had an absolutely horrible experience from the moment I walked in. We had a late night trip to the store and walked in at 12:36. By 12:38 the security guard rudely told us we had 10 minutes to get out. By 12:45 he found me at the end of an isle and told me i needed to bring my things to the front. I told him i was completely aware of the time and I would go after I found the last item i was looking for. After a few comments back and forth I still had not grabbed what i was looking for because he was sitting there arguing and being rude to me. I had to tell him i wanted to get my tea in peace and pay for my things without him bothering me or staring at me, because he actually stood there and stared at me searching for what I wanted. After all that. I still managed to get to the self check out at 12:53. How much faster would I have gotten out of the store with my purchase if he would have left me and my friend alone. Instead he was rude and caused a scene. They don't close until 1am on Saturday.
