Picked up my glasses today - the right eye RX is not working! They took them back to the back area, talked a long time, and came back and "forced" me to try the glasses. The left eye RX is great! I just want my money back. I can see better without the glasses with the right eye than I can see with the glasses! Will NEVER use them again!!!!!
The general manager spoke ugly about the sales associate once she finished with me. She was mad that the sales associate spent time talking about features when there were other customers to be waited on. The general manager didn't wait on any of the customers at all. When I went back to see if the glasses were in, the general manager walked up to me and asked, "how may I help you?" When I told her why I was there, she said to have a seat and there were two customers ahead of me. The she walked away and was not helping ANY of those customers. I will be getting my son's glasses elsewhere until she realized what customer service looks like.
I had a great experience at this location. I was assisted by an incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful employee named Michelle. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got the optical supplies that I needed, and VERY quickly as well. I have nothing but nice things to say about this location and the people that work there. Very professional and very customer-centric.
I brought my husbands broken glasses to this store and Elaina helped me. She was so nice and extremely helpful... She was able to find a new frame and still use our old lenses. She actually put them in herself. She even helped me to pick out a frame that was on sale. I was in and out in 30 minutes with just what I needed.. She is an asset to this store. I wish all stores had such great customer service.. She worked fast and always had her smile on!!! Great job!! I would highly recommend this store!!!
Very disappointed!! Had a 4:15 appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes before getting " measurements " to help Dr. waited another hour and finally left without seeing Dr! Very poor scheduling and time management! Should not have to wait 2 hours when appointment made! Do not recommend this visionworks in Alexandria Mall. Could say more but won't!
