Avoid! My wife and I switched to Darryl Andrews because of a recommendation from a friend. We were assured that all of our documentation was good to go, and that we were enrolled in auto pay. Two months later I got a letter from the DMV saying I've had no insurance for the last two months and now owe a $275 fine. Sure that the DMV had incorrect records, I called Darryl. He informed me that for some reason that he couldn't figure out, my policy had been cancelled. Never did we receive paperwork, or even an email saying it was cancelled. In fact, a week before the cancellation, I got a text from him saying everything was good to go. I have tried calling him every other week for the last four months, always being told he'll look into it and call me back within a day or two. Never has he called me back, except for the most recent time when I told him if he didn't handle it, I'd go to corporate. Even then he was a pompous ass. I have since called them and lodged a complaint against him, and they are taking care of the fine for me.
Bottom line: State Farm? Absolutely, they provided a wonderful and supportive environment to help me with my claim.
