Terrible Technician. Unprofessional- DO NOT USE
They charge $89.99 per hour on the labor, plus parts. However, if they have to drive 30 minutes to get to your house and 30 minutes back, you pay an additional $89.99 just for their travel time, to your location. They don't tell you that, wil never deal with this company again. however, the service was professional and quick.
UPDATE: 20'PVC-$138,
They arrived on time and very efficiently replaced about 25 feet of plastic PVC that broke during the freeze. This repair took 1 1/2 hour to complete and the total charge was $563.23. After I paid and they had left, I noticed that my bill was not itemized. The next day I called and asked for an Itemized bill. The lady said she would sent it to me immediately. If 20 feet of PVC cost $63.23, then the hourly rate was $333.33 per HOUR! BEWARE!
Best service in town, hands down. I've used many other plumbers in town and this company is by far the best. Fast, friendly, and knowledgable. Ask for pricing, well I firmly believe you get what you pay for. With warranties of a year on my new water and sewer line, a lifetime warranty on my new faucet, and a 30 day gaurantee on my other repair work, I am confindent I have received a great service and product. I will continue to call Crossroads Plumbing, LLC whenever I have plumbing problems.
10'-PEX$75,Fuel$12, and Misc Parts$47=$272. Labor was billed as 2.5hrs $291.25... Their business is about 6 blocks away and it took an hour total to get here!!
