The customer service individual does not positively represent Greyhound. He is mean, nasty, and rude. Seems to think that everyone who rides Greyhound is a low-life....He showed up to work 10 minutes late. I did observe that he appeared to have some mental health issues.
I was literally on the phone listening to them mention "yolonda & Steve", listening to them curse repeatedly, and set up customers to go on their trip to Tyler, TX this morning for over an hour, while I sat on the phone saying "hello" waiting on someone to pick up the phone. Then at 11:58, the idiots picked up the phone, listened to me say "hello" repeatedly, then hung up in my face. So since it's "lunch time" no one is going to answer... You get the voicemail box that's FULL... So don't even think about leaving a voicemail for their sorry asses.
The ride was great even though we had bad weather conditions only problem I have is that I wanted to use the WiFi that they advertise and all I got was no WiFi available
Dirty, bathrooms suck, slow. Stop to much. Go out of the way to stop too much. Dogs should not be allowed...fleas, ticks. Employees rude. Stopped at a Wendys??? Depots dirty and unsafe. Wifi not working as promised. Should get some back money back for that. Won't do this again.
