They installed an Alarm and when it went off falsely, it took them 2 hours to arrive. The sound was so awful. They are not in any kind of hurry.
I recently selected Simpson as my security company. The men who came to install the system, Mason Meylian and Jerry Goodlow, were courteous , and friendly. They worked efficiently and neatly. I can't say enough good things about having them around the house for several hours. I was very comfortable, and they did an excellent job.
