'We the People' (in case you are too stupid to know--this is the 'CONSTITUTION') have been horrified to know that 6 of our teenagers have been killed in less than 4 weeks. All of these deaths are directly/indirectly attributable to meth which is manufactured & distributed here in Rapides Parish, La. You are very well aware of the names of the manufacturers & distributers b/c they are law enforcement personnel or relatives of same that you have hired. They are totally unqualified to work in the field of law enforcement as most have a max of a GED & some don't even have a GED. Additionally, their children/nieces/nephews are some of these precious & vulnerable victims AND THEY DON'T CARE! We are not appealing to you or your co-hort in crime, DA 'drunk' Terrell as we know you get your stash via theft from DA 'evidence' room by your sister, etc. However, you are on notice--this will come back to haunt you just as dropping charges against CLECO manager for beating his wife. NOTE! You are not dealing with 'good ol boys'/'courthouse gangs' as in the past. You are dealing with strong/highly educated/ethical women who watch & will publicize every move you make. As you are aware NOT ONE MALE (THEY ARE NOT 'MEN' HAS EXPRESSED EVEN ONE IOTA OF INTEREST in bringing you/your 'courthouse gangs' to account. Frankly, my dear, we DON'T NEED THEM.

tried to call to see if roads were closing due to hard freeze, dialed 5 different extensions and no answer from anyone. Absolutely awful, these are supposed to be the people we call for help!
