2011- David Beckham was very helpful in the house searching process. He listened to my concerns on areas and truly kept these things in mind throughout the entire time. I was able to put my trust in him, as I did not know the areas that well, but wanted to make sure I put my child somewhere safe. I was very impressed that he stepped outside of the box as much as he could to answer questions since I was "walking blindly". If he did not know the answer, he made sure to help me find it. To me, that was beyond his requirements. During the negotiation process, I was his number 1 goal, and my needs/ wishes were met. I would definitely recommend his services to my family and friends, and actually have already done that.

2017- ONCE AGAIN::: My husband and I had the opportunity to work with David Beckham. We said years ago that we would choose no other and, when it was time to sell our home, we knew just where to go. We have been truly blessed to have David in our corner. The same day we were listing the home, we ended up under contract. David was beside us EVERY step of the way. Not once did I have to question if he was being completely straight forward. Positive or negative, you know exactly where you are and where you need to be to make it happen. The man is more dedicated than any I have dealt with. There were even times I found myself telling him he needed to go rest. But not once did he stop working for us. He kept me completely on track and closed on our home flawlessly. If he was tied up with another, his wife Mandi was readily available. This team is truly a match made in heaven!! We are now on our next venture of building our forever home. He is still right by our side. I will follow up to advise how this goes, but I have zero doubts that he will, once again, exceed any expectation we could possibly have. Recently, we were in the difficult situation of having to sell real estate in Alexandria, LA from our home near New Orleans.
