Dr. Joubert is wonderful. I do not take my dogs anywhere else! He actually saved one of my dogs life by doing an experimental operation. Besides that, the whole staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring! I recommend Turner Animal Clinic and Dr. Joubert to everyone!
