Terrible, took 45 minutes to get food no refills for quite a while after we sat down, and the chicken I got was not completely cooked. The last thing to come out was salad and everyone else was finished. And completely forgot the potato soup. Very disappointing.
We walk in the front door and wait to be seated. Nobody greets us, nobody at the reception desk for a while. We do a ten second countdown and left to Buffalo Wild Wings. First impression of Logans Roadhouse in Alexandria, La is laughable.

Superb! Trevor gave us exceptional service, the food was fabulous. The staff was helpful, polite and very very friendly. We felt famous from all the greetings as we arrived and farewells as we left. We look forward to having Trevor as our waiter again! Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
Took a while to get our good but all was good except for the half chicken. That was a bit dehydrated. Sent it back and got another .. dryer than the first.
