Quick service, food was really pricey.
We went to outback steakhouse house in Alexandria Louisiana last night on 10/20/2017 it was my birthday dinner we came in and got seated by the person at the front desk and the waiter Bridgette T came to the table she never gave us her name i only know her name is because of this receipt she only asked us what we wanted to drink and took our order for our food she didn't bring us any bread to the table or any plates to eat the bread on we had to ask another waiter to get us bread and plates she was terrible she did not come back to the table and check on us like she was supposed to she walked around and did everything else besides serve us so then after we finally got served our food by another waiter and she was so nice I wish I knew her name. Then Bridgette T decided to come back and ask us do we want to go plates and we were still eating and then later on when she finally decided to come back to the table I asked her for the check she never asked if we wanted dessert she was so rude I never been treated like that in this restaurant ever until yesterday and when we were leaving she gave us a ugly look as we walked out of the door I was so disappointed
I'll yah was the greatest server. Very accommodating, attentive and such a nice guy. The meal was delicious and exactly what we ordered.
OMG!!! Best friggin steak I've had in a very long time. They even honored the veterans day special even though we were a day early. Highly recommend.
I wanted to do curbside takeaway so I called to order my food and they said they never done it before, and when we called again because on the website it said "try curbside takeaway" and they completely ignored my call. When I called from my daughter phone they answered right away I don't understand how careless they could be.
