My husband and I just got our new camper. We absolutely love it. The staff of specially hitches where such a blessing to work with. They took there time and showed us probably everything on the lot. I'm a little indecisive. So it was great to have such accommodating staff. Thanks again Mr. Ed and the specialty hitches and Rv center family.
I give them a 1 ONLY because 0 isn't an option. Terrible place. People are nice but if something needs to be fixed with or without a warranty dont count on them fixing it. Their way of fixing this is caulk. NOT KIDDING. I bought my camper there and it needed work within 2 months of purchasing the NEW camper. 5 visits later my camper is now ruined because of shotty work. DO NOT BUY OR USE THEM AT ALL.
came in 2 weeks ago looking for a trailer light tester staff was very friendly and got me what I needed. also had a nice selection of rvs. will be coming back here to pick up my springdale soon.
I actually used to work here & Mr Ed & all the precious people here have 1 thing in mind, that is customer service! Great service, reasonable prices, if you have to order anything you can count on it being there asap! One of the awesome places to go if your in the market for an RV, parts, or repairs!
