I purchased a truck a year ago (8/2015). The salesman (Mr. Dennis Brown) was professional, courteous and very knowledgable Salesman received 5 stars. However, when I took the truck back for an oil change, about six months later, the service technician did not put the oil filter or gasket back in the truck, and ALL of the oil came out of the truck. Now, I don't have as much confidence in driving the truck, not knowing if the engine was damaged or not.
I have dealt with Walker over the years and not had one pleasant experience at all. They give you the run around, don't want to fix something if they abuse it and you can't get any help but leave a message. Would NEVER buy a car from them because of the service.
Really friendly sales people and the finance dept. were super helpful and very knowledgeable about the warranties and other products they offer. They made purchasing a new vehicle very easy and hassle free. Will definitely be going back when we purchase another vehicle. They were by far the best car dealership I have ever done business with and I have dealt with quite a few over the years. They will definitely get all my automotive buying business that is for sure.
Today I purchased a new but used vehicle from Mr. Larry Ficklin. I must say this is my third vehicle purchased through Walker and each experience was very pleasant. This purchase stood out the most. He worked hard to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. He took the time to ensure I was extremely satisfied working the deal like I was part of his family ensuring I had only the best. From the beginning to the end of the process he was only one phone call away. I will forever utilize Walker due to the family atmosphere and friendly staff. Mrs. Sissy in finances also was very polite even when my 3 year old talked her to death. My overall experience will cause me to recommend everyone to Walker.
