I had purchased a Mercedes from Walker, a few years ago, and was very well taken care of. I wanted a upgraded Mercedes this time and I found just the right one that fit me just right. The sale staff was just great, I was shown 4 different ones, and I had my heart set on this special E350 it just took my breath away, I thought there would just be no way I could afford this car, but God opened a door and said to me if this is what you truly want it will happen and you know what, it did, and I give him the thanks and the glory each day. I love me Mercedes, thank you to all the staff that made it happen for me.
After multiple complains from soldiers in Fort Polk AL I went and give this dealership and chance to work on my BMW X6, because thought they were all wrong. I took my car for a service due to a recall problem, while searching I didn’t had any other position beside this Walkers BMW. After 2 days of keeping my car in their shop, they told me that they do not have parts to fix my car, but they are going to fix another part which is under warranty, so I don’t have to pay anything. But when I went to pick up my car their service people told me the bill for this work is $370.00 dollars, they called (Labor work), but it was under warranty.

Took my 08 M5 in for an 4 wheel alignment. Staff was amazing. Curtious, and attentive. Service was completed same day and answered every question I had. The fact that they had a loaner ready for me was amazing. I would recommend their services and will continue to have my baby serviced here when needed.
I've worked here for 3 years and know we've been working on improving our customer satisfaction ratings. We have invested in better employees and continually work towards improving the customer experience!
Just a horrible experience
Very disappointed
While they kept car for fix the recall problem they made me get a rental car for $100.00. So, without fixing the recall part on my car I had to pay close to $500.00 dollars. I was very disappointed with my overall experience from this business. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid doing any business with this place.
