Service advisor Mr. Kendall was absolutely wonderful, went above and beyond to rectify the poor service of the actual service department. Apparently there was a meeting scheduled during normal service hours that placed everyone needing service that day on hold. If such meetings need to happen, there should be someone there with enough common sense to know to have extra hands on deck to still service the customers. But common sense now a days isn’t very common. If I buy another BMW, it will not be here in Alexandria.
Every time I need service they go out of their way to take excellent care of my needs. They are always happy and pleasant to interact with.
