Most honest person I have ever come across. I'm still shocked it wasnt anything major!
My only complaint is the long wait. We stayed in their waiting room for a good bit, and it's small, so the sound of the slamming door is LOUD. We just spent the wait watching what was on their tv or browsing on our phone's until they were done...
I use to take my car to Hauk's alignment until he lied and told me my CV joints were bad. I worried about that all summer, then took it to another Alignment shop in Baton Rouge when I moved and had the money. Well lo-and-behold, THAT shop told me there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my CV joints. I asked them to double check because Mr. Hauk told me they were bad. They even showed me and told me I'd been lied too. Needless to say, I will NEVER be back or recommend this place to ANYONE.
