How does this store still exist? Walking into this Sears location is like how I imagine entering a Soviet-era Russian department store would have been. Old and deteriorating inside; a large space with sparse inventory. It's not as bad as some of those "retail stores dying" articles you see, but I don't see why someone would shop here. Especially given that the JCPenny in the same mall is actually clean and well-maintained. Not to mention the existence of Amazon...

Would not even give a 1 star. I have tried calling to speak to someone in jewelry on several occasions and have tried everyday all week and no one answers. I have even called other departments and even human resoureces and still no answers. This is ridiculous does there not anyone working. I have a ring that was sent off 3 or 4 weeks ago and I need to see if it's in and can't get a single person. Worst store ever will never deal or shop with them again I will go else where!!! Not too happy at this point.
