Dr. Baker is nice, but the medical assistants have terrible attitudes and make the environment uncomfortable. Care plans aren't explained and leave one confused. They've completely forgot about medicines they've told me they're writing prescriptions for. Multiple calls over hours are required to reach the staff for simple questions. Receptionists are out of touch. Overall, a very frustrating experience every time I've went. Changing my primary care provider.
