Had a nice experience when I had an appointment/when they wanted to talk to me about "test results" (nothing major). Complaints: Phone calls. I missed one and it took too long to get back to the person who called, even a few minutes later. Another is that they lost or threw away (and no record) anything related to tests I had there a year or so previous, so I had to do it again. Otherwise, it's ok.
The clinic is great as far as getting you back in a timely manner and being seen by the provider. They are great at sitting with you and getting things done in the office, such as lab work, or just talking with the provider. However, calling the office is ridiculous sometimes. It usually takes about 5/6 rings before they pick up and I guarantee that I'm gonna be put on hold and usually the person that returns to the phone is not the person that put you on hold, so you have to explain once again why you called, in which they're probably gonna put you on hold again. Overall they are a great clinic and great staff, but they gotta work on their phone techniques....
ive been trying to refill my bloodpressure medicine since Thursday. called the pharmacy they tell me to call my doctor. OK. Called my doctor they tell me to contact my pharmacy and do it over the phone. Apparently nobody knows how to fill a prescription. its all a matter of call this number, no you need to contact this number. what is the hold up. its a matter of faxing a piece of paper to the pharmacy. a trained monkey can do this job. I will never return to this place again. also the communication from the staff is horrible and needs redone asap. when your done seeing the doctor they don't tell you when your next appointment is, who would you like to see, they just want your copay. this place use to be problem free for me but now its turned into a circus.
My Primary Physician is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable of her title. She always explains her decision and gives satisfying advice. The staff there is great. Every appointment is awesome!

Very nice people... I had been to other doctors and always was told that my issues that I ha e I am too young for...Dr chris immediately called a specialist after looking at my blood work and got me in....I am now being treated for my condition the right way
