I felt violated after I saw the flowers that were delivered to my friend to honor her deceased mom. When I called to inquire, Diane told me that I received more expensive flowers in my bouquet that's why it didn't look as full. She stated she would see what they could do to compensate me and that she would call me back to let me know. I ordered a $132 Beautiful Whisper arrangement and a $50 arrangement was delivered. I would not recommend this place and they will not receive any future business from me. Aloha!
This flower shop is amazing! Although I live in Virginia, I can always depend on them to deliver beautiful flowers of the highest quality to family and friends in Alexandria. They have an extensive floral selection and are very knowledgeable and patient as they provide suggestions for arrangements. It is a pleasure to speak with such friendly and personable staff each time I place an order. Again, they are amazing!
