Ordered online and asked for delivery confirmation. Next day, called over 6 hours and sent 4 emails. No responses and never answered the phone or had voice mail set up. Poor customer experience and contacting credit card co for chargeback. Do not use this florist!!!
I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered for my parents anniversary. What was delivered was old flowers and the chocolates were not delivered. I emailed Mabels florist twice with no response and no one would answer the phone when I called. My total order cost almost $100.00. I will not use this florist again.
