The service techs name was Chuck. He did an excellent job. 100% satisfied.
The servicemen has been to my house several times, he has always called before coming. He is always courtesy and very helpful. I have only good things to say about him.
horrible experience. refrigerator was broke for 13 days before it was repaired. it worked for less than 12 hours when it blew the same board. been broken for 5 days now and a technician just came out and has to order the same part. Be another 10-14 days to get the part. Tried to get them to over night the part, stayed on hold forever. Nothing. Horrible service. Less than 1 star.
Not very happy with service this time. We have a Kenmore washer with 5 year warranty. Last year we got a good yearly maintenance...this year (2017) it was done by an outsourced company who had to reschedule, seemed confused, and only spent about 5-10 minutes looking at the washer before leaving.
I am totally dissatisfied with Sears Home Service. We have had 6 Service appointments on our HVAC since Apr. So far they have replaced 2 parts and still can't fix the problem. The last appointment on Sep 6 was another disappointing visit. The serviceman got out of his truck, spoke to my husband who told him that it was the same problem. The serviceman said he had been here before and did not know how to fix the problem. He got back in his truck and left. When we called to get another appointment, hopefully with a person who knows how to work on HVAC. They refuse to replace the unit which they cannot fix. If someone cannot do something on our next appointment on 29 Sept our next call with be to our lawyer. A definite thumbs down with marks on the negative scale!
