Crystal Hawkins-Gable was excellent. Spent a lot of time helping choose accessories, explaining options. Crystal Very knowledgeable, very patient to help us choose the sofa and chairs that most suited our needs.
Crystal was a huge help with everything. When we came in she let us know she was there if we needed anything but let us do our browsing without hovering. She check back with us later to see if we had any question and was very helpful in helping us to find a bed that worked for my mother with back issues. We did not buy anything but intend on going back later to buy something and will absolutely be asking for Crystal when we walk in the door.

Crystal was wonderful at Ashley Furniture! She didn't hover or push us in any way. When we were ready to make our purchase, she made the process quick and easy! The guys helped us load it up into the truck and we were on our way! The thing that took the longest was us deciding what we wanted!
