The staff was very friendly! BUY THE WARRANTY!! Our furniture was damaged when it was brought to our home. They are trying to fix the issues, it has just been 6 weeks. In the end we had to order two new pieces to replace the two pieces that were damaged. Once we get the new furniture I will update my review!
This is a great place to shop! They have wonderful merchandise and great prices. The staff is willing to help you get just the colors and textiles you are wanting, to make your home your haven! I have recently purchased some furniture from them and couldn't have been happier with my purchases. Josh, Jennifer and the whole staff were great to deal with. Made me feel right at home! Great store. I will definitely refer my friends and family, and be back to shop myself!
Pros- Great staff who is friendly and makes you feel at home. Willing to take time to assist customer when choosing furniture. Seems knowledgeable about brands.

Cons- Please SPECIFY that you do not want to purchase the floor model. We purchased a sofa and loveseat and asked if additional sets were available but did not reiterate that we did not want a floor model. Well, our furniture was delivered today, and it is the floor model. We were unaware that the additional available set had to be ordered, and had the impression that it was housed onsite in the warehouse. As it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get an ordered set and our old furniture is gone, we have few options but to keep the floor model. In addition, we would be charged a restocking fee if we were to return the floor model. Ask plenty of questions about what you are getting. We wish that we had.
