Enjoyed my visit, found everything I needed everyone was so helpful and polite.
I went in to purchase six 2x6xx12 or x14 ft ground grade treated boards. I had to go back to the parking lot to get a cart. After walking down both iles twice I could not find what I needed. I ask for help 3 times. Once at the desk where two Lowe's employees were standing. Once to a young man helping load a fork lift. And once to the person at the cash register. After about 30 minutes of walking and looking patiently. I even followed a man outside and helped him load a board. I went on my way. I have been shopping at Lowe's for years. I have noticed this kind of problem at this particular Lowe's before. Somebody at this store needs to get there at together. I'm not one to wrote bad reviews bit felt compeled.
Pleasant experience, my 1st online purchase and I picked it up without any problems! Customer Service was great. Will probably be making more online purchases. Thanks
This is the worst damn experience we've ever had, my husband went over two weeks ago and purchased new dishwasher and deep freezer and it was supposed to get delivered Friday so my husband called to confirm it a few days before and Friday came and went and still no appliances, then they promised we'd get them Saturday so we had to cancel all our plans to be home instead and Saturday came and went and still nothing and every time we called store no one knew what was going on then the managers promised Sunday morning we will have our appliances and here we are Sunday afternoon again with nothing yet and we've contacted the delivery driver but he's yet to even answer our call. This is the service you get after spending thousands of dollars with lowes . What a damn joke!
My experience wasn't good at all, no help and cashier was to lazy to get a price I had to go get it myself for her!!! POOR SERVICE!!
