Decent enough. Just needed batteries and the cashier was friendly and quick.
The guy took a phone call instead of finish help his 2 customers then wound not help tie it in the truck a customer help us this is not good service
As a handyman, I spend over $200 a week ( sometimes $600-$700) in this home depot until today. I use my veteran identification every time and every time I get my 10% discount without hassle. Today, I was told that unless I'm service connected, they can't honor my veteran status. No problem; Lowe's will. See you later, Home Depot.
Wish I could rate my experience 0 stars, lucky for them I have to rate at least 1! I stood in the flooring dept for an he and during that time 10+ employees walked by me and never offered to help. I eventually called the store to finally get some help!! Sad sorry no good for nothing store will never get my business!!
Ordering carpet from Home Depot has been a horrible experience. We were originally told that we would hear from them regarding an installation date within 7 days. After not hearing anything by the 8th day, I called them to be told our carpet was back ordered. I called a day after the back ordered date, and it had a NEW back ordered date! No one ever called me. No one called to inform me of changes or to ask if this was okay. Customer service at Home Depot was completely unconcerned with my situation. The store manager told me I had two options: a refund or go ahead with moving in. Wow! I can’t really do a refund because then it will take me even longer to get carpet. They know that. This is what I mean about them being completely unconcerned about their customers. They have lost my business on any and all future sales for life.
