There was a hole in my dress when I picked it up that was not there when I dropped it off
I paid to have my work pants heavily starched out of 10 pr 4 pr were complete not pressed and the others were half way pressed. I will never go there again.
Absolutely sorry at everything. Was told my comforter would only be a week and a half and it's been 2 weeks. I called twice only to be put on hold and Jensen never came back to the phone. I could hear her laughing and carrying on with another employee but never was she checking on the status of my order. I had to drive up there only to have Jensen catch an attitude the whole time I was making her do her job. Very piss poor service from Craig's never going there again.
I found a pair of pants today that has 2 cigarrette holes, one on each leg. Called the owner, let him see it. he denied any wrong doing and implied that I might have done it. I quit smoking in 1999, my kids are minors, wife do not smoke and these clothes are in my closet inside my office in a very private space in our house. He also suggested that I find myself a different cleaner because this is the best he can do for a customer who spend thousandsa of dollars a year on dry cleaning. I found 2 other reputable companies and they both are gald to have my business. I am checking them out. What a shame!
The worst customer service ever. I put a dress in that cleaners on Thursday for pick up on Friday. When I returned Friday the dress was in Winnfield, La. I returned again the following Wednesday morning and my dress still was not there. I was told by the clerk it was on its way. I received no apology and the manager who was being a COWARD refused to speak to me., It can not get any worse than this.
