ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. HOW ARE YOU TO BE PREPARED TO GO UP THERE IF YOU CANNOT FIND OUT THE THINGS YOU NEED BEFORE YOU GO? ANSWER YOUR PHONE PEOPLE! HAVE ONE PERSON SET TO ANSWER THE PHONE LIKE ANY OTHER FUNCTIONING BUSINESS! HOW DO YOU THINK BUSINESS RUN? BUT I GUESS WE HAVE TO GO AND WAIT FOR HOURS, TAKING TIME OFF WORK TO DO SO, JUST TO FIND OUT WE ARE UNPREPARED AND HAVE TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF WORK TO COME BACK AND WAIT AGAIN AND PAY THE CONSTANTLY INCREASING COSTS OF EVERYTHING. YET WITH THESE INCREASING COSTS THEY WONT HIRE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONES? HOW DOES ANY OF THIS MAKE SENSE?
This place sucks. Can't ever call and get answered. Waiting there takes way longer than it should. Yes I've worked at one before and these people need a stick of dynamite in their ass to be more productive. Sheesh. Completely ridiculous!
If they had someone answering phones, it would make visits shorter for people who call ahead of time and get the information they need before having to wait hours to be told to come back, and essentially would lessen the traffic of people going in and out. Come on. I'm going to just avoid this place altogether. Awful.
Very fast compared to Pineville office but Colfax is by far the fastest and only have 1 or 2 workers. WAY TO GO COLFAX !!!!!!
