Called my At&t roadside and the tow truck was dispatched at 8:40. I was on my couch by 9:15. My driver, (his name was Ellis) was so nice and very prompt. I never felt uncomfortable ,as I have with previous tow truck experiences, and Ellis was very polite and professional. I will DEFINITELY use and recommend Metro again!
I would not recommend buying a vehicle from these people. I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer from them. Within the first two weeks they had to send a tow truck out to pick it up. I am ask for my money back (which apparently everyone knows of the lemon law except this John Carr maybe he just doesn't believe it pertains to him) and he told me I wasn't getting my money back.I have since taken it to a mechanic of my own. They have informed me that that the sway bar is not tightened down, the shift linkage which metro replaced is zip tied up instead of properly placed in its case, and when they changed the fuel pump, they did not hook the lines back up properly. I am currently in process of of speaking to an attorney The only thing I asked was for them to 1) fix the vehicle or 2) refund me my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY !
