During my initial call I encountered some resistance to having the scheduled PM done in Alexandria since the lease was from Shreveport, however I was able to get an appointment and when I showed up Pete and his men were courteous and professional. Not only was my truck serviced but also washed (each visit). I was impressed, considering all the love bugs we've had in Central Louisiana this year. I have been back to this shop on two other occasions and received the same exemplary service. Great job.
