Mr. Seales (and his partner) bought my house at 460 Robertson Road in Pollock for the bargain basement price of $200,000.00 because he convinced me I would not be able to sell it for what I was asking which was $275,000.00. If he was any kind of realtor, he could have sold it for that price but instead, he and Mr. J. D. Durand bought it and are now selling it for $395,000.00. Not only that, but they forced me to move out of the guesthouse by evicting me, which was a breech of our buy/sell agreement, kept most of my belongings, including the appliances and kitchen island in the guesthouse, a curio cabinet full of family heirlooms, dining room table, entertainment center, Sony plasma flat screen TV, five patio sets, two wooden large rocking chairs, Maytag dryer, and John Deere lawnmower just to name a few. This man is a thief and a liar and cannot be trusted.
