Great store. Great shoes. Great prices and the staff was excellent.
On 8/8/10 I was in the Alexandria, LA store looking at shoes. I found the selection to be good but the available size range was terrible as it had been in the Lafayette, LA store the very day before. When I finally conceded that there was probably not a mens size 11.5 in any style in the store I decided to proceed with the staffs offer to order the shoes I wanted. They promised over and over that they would be at my house in 3-5 business days. The order being placed on a Sunday, I realized the first business day would be Monday 8/9/10. As it turned out, my shoes were not actually shipped until late on 8/10/10. And as of the date of this review (8/14/10) they are sitting in the UPS terminal in New Orleans. The projected arrival date being 8/16/10. Sorry guys, this is not what you promised in the store. This is a great example of poor customer service on the part of store staff and Finish Line as a whole.
