I had finally received my CCWP and wanted to try out several different handguns before making my final decision. My husband and I came here on 8/25 since they allow you to rent guns to shoot in their gun range and I wasn't sure which gun I wanted. Their customer service started out great. One woman even gave me a few of her personal 9mm bullets to let me test out one gun (we had already went through one box before I saw this other gun). I decided on my gun but they didn't have the color I wanted in stock so she ordered it and told me that it would take a week to a week and a half TOPS to come in. I was wanting to pay for it over Labor Day Weekend since it was Tax-Free Weekend as well. She said it may not be in by then but if not it would be in no later than the following Wednesday. No big deal. Went in and paid for it Saturday 9/2 and she said the all of the boxes were delivered from that shipment except 2 with my gun being in one of the 2 not delivered. Stated that they should be in by that Tuesday. I never received a call so called them the following Friday and was told the same thing, showed it was out for delivery for that Saturday but they don't receive deliveries on Saturday so would be delivered the following Monday (9/11). Called back the following Friday (9/15) and was told the same thing AGAIN! Called back the following Tuesday (9/19) and was told AGAIN that my gun was still not in. I expressed my aggravation to the man who answered the phone commenting on what poor customer service it was to not call and let the customer know there were issues with the order not to mention it being a MONTH since I had placed the order and it still wasn't in. He took my number and said he would do some digging and call me back. No phone call ever came. Called back the following Friday (9/22) and was told that my gun was in and the had tried to call me. No missed call and no voicemail. Went in to pick up the gun and it was supposed to be a chrome/silver top and it was black. No apology was ever given for the delay and for never calling to inform me about any issues. I wish we would have shopped at The Gun Store and saved ourselves the headache and aggravation!
Super friendly and helpful folks there. Especially to us old folks. Very good prices an great selection.
Good selection and a friendly staff. Always a pot of coffee or a cool soda available. Prices are hard to beat.
