I am very pleased with the new windshield that was installed on my Jeep Liberty on a Saturday! Technician came to my house and installed it quickly and explained how to care for it after installation. A Very professional & dedicated company! I do recommend them!

Gave up. Even trying to talk to a person on the phone was an ordeal. If I can't speak to someone at the local shop I plan on visiting instead of an automated message that takes forever, I would rather visit somewhere else that actually cares about my business.

When I was in Alec, I brought my Mercedes E350 to replace the windshield, because it was a lot cheaper than bringing it to the dealer. Windshield looks good, and customer service was good. However, 3 days later, when I got back to Dallas, I was on my way to a conference when it started pouring. The windshield wipers literally snapped in half when I turned them on. They're coming to replace them, but it's been a huge inconvenience all week + very high Uber fares bc I had no other choice.
