Update: I know why it took so long. They mixed my truck up with another vehicle and rotated the wheels. Gave me a load of excuses as to why it took so long, but never mentioned the tires.
Like walking in a cemetery. Slow service empty shelves.

Even after my previous poor review I decided to go back and try one more time out of sheer convenience. Needed an alignment, was up sold a package with an alignment and oil change. Technician wasn't able to do the alignment because my steering linkage isn't what's normal on a jeep. Even though it is all stock. And then was charged full price on the oil change.
My car was taken in because the belts flew off. I was first told I needed a new harmonic balancer. Then I was told I needed a new crankshaft. They said they don't do that kind of work there and suggested to take it to the dealer. I have it towed to another mechanic and he says it looks like someone tried to put the new balancer on with the actual balancer bolt and an impact gun and stripped the threads on the crankshaft and damaged the keyway. Hmmmm I was wondering why Sears said they weren't going to charge me anything. Thanks Sears.
Absolutely terrible. 45 dollars for an oil change in my Silverado and I've been waiting for almost 2 hours now.
