Waited forever, no soap in the women's bathroom, all our food was messed up or cold and came out at varying times. The server snapped that "well of course it's cold it's a salad" to one of our members who had chicken on her salad (it should not have been cold, it's "freshly cooked chicken"). Asked for the manager 4 times and waited for 30 minutes.
D Ray was a fantastic waiter. Our food was great! The only thing our appetizer came out with our food. We would have liked it earlier. He did ask if we wanted our food held. I just thought if held it would not be fresh and warm. Thanks Applebee's
Waiter paid us no mind we saw her maybe 3 times the entire time we were there. Food came out before appetizer and when we got the manager to tell her all she did was bring it out with no apology. My husband never got a refill and we had to retrieve our own silverware. Food was horrible as well
Waiter D Ray was great. Got the steak with the mushrooms and onions on top and the mushrooms were burnt. Ordered steak medium well and it was really tough on like half the steak. Potatoes and all was great. Again waiter was a delight.
Food was good for the price and they had a meal deal. The service was good, not great. I think our server was fairly new. She was very sweet though. Over all it was a good experience.
