We had my wife's birthday party there last night.
We stopped here for breakfast. We were immediately seated. A few minutes later, a server took our drink order. About 15 minutes later a different server brought out our drinks. She forgot straws and creamer for coffee. 15 minutes after that she returned. Another 15 minutes, she came back to take our order. 25 minutes for cold breakfast. My $2.29 coffee was never refilled. The table next to us a completely different story. They arrived 10 minutes after we placed our order. They ordered immediately and their food came out with ours. While they waited for food, hot biscuits and coffee refills were brought to their table. Only difference was, they had an experienced server while our star was still rising. Clearly management should not turn new staff loose without adequate training. While very pleasant, our server was slow because she kept making return trips for things like straws, creamer, grape jam, napkins. When the server is making triple the trips to the kitchen than she should for all of her tables, everything takes too long. Lastly, what happened to our original server? The manager swapped everyone around when we were seated. We wish we could have had the table's next to us experience. It would have been five stars. Three for the mannerism of the server which was very polite.
Kerry the Manger was an amazing host. We called ahead of time to give a notice that 25 people were coming. Once we got there a waiting a little while to be seated but excepted that for 25 people. The server was great, drinks was one time plus refills, food was quick and hot. Just great service all around
Excellent well lite parking. A little hard to find enterance. Quick service, with food prepared after ordered. Coffee and hot chocolate, served very quickly. Food very tasty and presented very well.
Food was good. Waitress was nice. Service was abominable. They must have been having staffing issues, because the service was unbelievable bad... For the entire side of the restaurant I was on. Probably won't stop at that one again.
I enjoyed it greatly and will recommend it to every one to come and enjoy, I Love yall and continue cooking such wonderful food and company, thank you again!!!
