This is a Great Environment with even Better Food. I had a GREAT SERVER Named NIKI. She made our family feel like we were at a 5 Star Restaurant. The place was spotless as well. Even the Restrooms.
Good. Had not been there in a few years. My husband ordered a hamburger and he was told they were out of hamburgers. Other than that the food was good. Establishment was clean. Service was decent.
I can tell they practice a customer-focused business model. The employees are very cordial, and they welcome you to Eddie's every time you walk in.
The food was ok. It wasn't bad. I just found the flavor wanting a bit.
Awesome customer service, mediocre food. I ordered the two item plate with brisket and chicken. It was around 1600 in the afternoon, so I guess it was sitting in a warmer all day. The brisket was dry and tasteless without sauce. The chicken was dry, but had good flavor. The staff was extremely helpful. If you have OCD, don't look at the trash cans. The centering of the words will drive you nuts.
The Ribs and Mac & Cheese was really delicious also. All together It was a GREAT Experience.
