Little mishap with manager being rude after inquiring why our pizza was taken off our table and our pictures were thrown away while we played games. Offered no resolution just attitude. But food was good and restaurant clean. My six year old had a blast. Will probably return, but prefer different location.
Christopher came up to my wife and son and introduced himself. And said if any or the games were not acting right to come see him. Sure enough 5 min later the game was malfunctioning and took his tokens. So they went up to Christopher and told him about the game being broke, and he replied he was too busy and blew them off. Even worse a few minutes later you can see him playing all theses games and getting so into it . It really was a sight to see. Everything else was great . I just wanted to say thanks Christopher for help
Management was unhelpful. Chuck E Cheese appearance was distasteful. He pushed a lady with an infant & sped off before anyone asked for pics...
Hosted my son's 4th birthday party and we had a blast. He really enjoyed himself.
had my son's 3rd bday party there yesterday, the party host was excellent, staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful! it was a great experience. if you have a party, be aware there is no ATM there, take cash to tip server, apparently we couldn't do tip on the card
