The service here is always incredibly friendly and always super helpful. I honestly have no complaints. The food is much healthier tasting than some other fast Mexican restaurants and tastes much more authentic with true Mexican flavors.

Cashier was rude. Told my Autistic son he COULD NOT USE THE BATHROOM that at 8PM It was CLOSED because They had Already CLEANNED IT. CLOSING TIME is 10PM. Im Sorry, but, the Reason I went Inside , INSTEAD of Going through the Drive through to Order was BECAUSE my Son Needed to Use the Bathroom. MANAGER JUST LAUGHED when I Tried to Adress the Problem. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO THERE An on top of that The Cheesecake Chimis were REFRIED AN was BURNT BLACK and SO HARD you Could NOT even BITE THEM..
This is one of my favorite places to eat lunch, especially since it is in walking distance from work. Today, however, I was very disappointed in the food I received. I ordered the Mexi-chips and dip. I received crumbs that were impossible to dip. On the bright side, it saved me some calories. If I hadn't already walked over twice I would have taken them back. They had people so backed up the first time I went in, I left and came back after about 20minutes. This is not the usual service I get.
