This place was awesome and the staff was great always eager to help and satisfy. Wish I had my swimwear cause the pool was gorgeous, whirlpool could use some sprucing up. the price was the best for all that we got. Will definitely return.
The rooms are always clean and well supplied, and I just love the feel of the atrium rooms. When you step out into the atrium, you feel like you're in a small town. In the evenings there are frequently small groups gathered at the tables playing cards or dominoes or just visiting. It feels very homey. I'm quite comfortable letting my 12-year-old son go to the pool while I'm in the room with the door open. He usually makes new friends at the pool and always uses up all his excess energy!
Great hotel with a heated indoor pool and hot tub! I stayed during some very cold days but it was warm enough to run around like it was summer! Awesome staff and full hot breakfast with a chef taking orders if you wanted something other than what the buffet had to offer...which was already plenty! I will definitely stay again. This was one of my favorite Best Western hotels!
Another rare 5 star location. From check in to check out everything was perfect. We stayed in what they call the Atrium where the indoor pool is located. We wondered about the noise, but that was not a problem at all. As an added bonus The Cajun Landing restaurant is right next door. We rarely recommend a hotel, but we would recommend this one.
Nothing super luxurious, but definitely a nice hotel. Soap/lotion/shower dispensers, nice pool and hot tub area, decent fitness center, and really nice breakfast with a chef who makes omelettes. There's also really good service. We had an issue with our TV at 11pm and they brought us up a new TV right away.
