We were evacuees from Texas due to hurricane Harvey. It was during the renovations. I was very pleased with our stay. The front desk staff was awesome and the housekeeping was amazing also! We felt very welcome there. We were treated very well. The staff went above and beyond to make our evacuation better. I definitely will recommend this hotel to anybody going this way. I will be back to visit one day and not because of a hurricane! Lol
The ladies at the front desk were great...House keepers are kinda young,but they do a real good job.. They kept us stocked with clean towels,and toiletries. Also checked daily to see if we needed our rooms cleaned. The only complaint I have is that there could be a better breakfast selection....maybe add eggs,Sausage,and cinnamon rolls with the waffles they serve...this is coming from a Port Arthur,TX evacuee. My family and I just stayed 2 days and nights here and I must say very clean. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast! They have a little buffet that's included with your stay. We will definitely stay here next time we go visit family.
Reasonable rates, friendly staff, comfortable room, easy off I-49, 5-10 min. to AEX airport, walking distance to gas stations and Cracker Barrel. I have stayed here three times and will again if I'm in the area. Only reason it's not a 5 is because the business area computer/printer was not working well when I needed it. Otherwise, great.
The rooms are huge! Continental Breakfast! Tom was super helpful at the front desk! Very professional & friendly!
Gorgous Room! Pet Friendly! I checked in at 1am and was allowed a late check out at 1 pm!
