Check in took longer than it should. Official check in time is 3pm. Room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room was nice. The staff provided great customer service.
I have to admit this hotel is nice. The rooms were a lot smaller than expected. My bathroom had dirt and hair under the sink. The beds we're comfortable. Colors amazing throughout. I left my remote to my Blu-ray player and it's still yet to be found. I'm sure someone picked it up and pocketed it. I wouldn't stay here again just for the simple fact that I've worked in housekeeping. Everything found in the room that was from a previous guest is supposed to be turned in. This was not the case. Now I have to order a new remote. Other than that and the bathroom it was great. The showers are amazing. Didn't have breakfast here. The women at the front desk we're kind and courteous. Just double-checking to make sure you have everything before leaving
The location was a bit off the beaten path but overall the atmosphere and knowledgeable kind employees and staff made up for the somewhat questionable off the safe road semipermeable location. Rooms were nice and the overall visual stimulus was captivating. Only complaint would be a more knowledgeable night staff to accommodate tired and weary Travelers who just want a room and a very quick check in and get going process. Definitely would stay there again though
Great staff, very friendly! Easy check in / out. Comfy, clean beds and clean bathroom. The bathroom items (shampoo, face bar, etc.) were of higher quality. Had a keurig in room but got coffee in lobby both mornings with a little bite to eat (free breakfast). Overall, great experience!
Really enjoyed our stay. Exceptionally clean, nice amenities and pleasant staff. Great nights sleep.
