Great mattress. Great Service! Me and my husband were looking to buy a mattress and could not afford a lot due to financial situation. The salesmen at the stores were very patient and very understanding of the situation allowing us to select within our price range and not being pushy on getting us on a higher priced bed. They even went so far as to discount a little past the sale to alleviate the financial burden on us. I thank them greatly for this and would recommend that others shop there.
I went in on the 12th in order to get a cheap mattress for a gift for someone and got above and beyond the level of service expected. The Store Manger, Shanon, was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process from start to set up! He helped me not only get a mattress for $549, but also got me a free adjustable base and even came out to help set it up since I couldn't find any help! I wish I could give them a higher rating but a 5 will have to do! Thank you Mattress Firm.
I cannot believe I ordered from this place. I had purchased a mattress from here and was told at the store that I would receive it on time. I even received mutiple calls say that it would come on time. And with that in mind I took out my old mattress that day and waited ALL DAY for my new mattress to come and it never did. I am was without a mattress because of that. What kind of business are they running. This is ridiculous! I even tried to call and even looked on their website. It says, "GUARANTEED RED CARPET DELIVERY" also meaning ALWAYS ON TIME. WHAT A STUPID LIE! If I could give this place zero stars I would.
